Penguin digital stamp Christmas card – Catch the Bug Christmas Chaos challenge card #2

My second card for the Catch the Bug 3rd annual Christmas Chaos challenge week, going on right now. I've used the Bugaboo Little Penguin Winter stamp as the focal point for this card, even the paper is Bugaboo, Digi-Papers Purple Blue Winter. If you notice, I mimicked the penguin paper's coloring for my stamp.

I decided to encircle my stamp with my sentiment using Lucinda Handwriting font. This is a wonderful, easy feature of CraftArtist 2 Professional software. If you're a habitual reader of my blog you've read before how fond of this software I am, and it's features like these that have made me so. To do this, you need only use the Quick Shape feature to create a shape (in this case a circle), whose path (shape) you can then set your text to follow along. There's a very good video on this feature here. You can see where I've used it to follow the edge of a Cornucopia stamp, on this card.
