Purple just seems to work for Halloween. Don't know why; maybe because it's so close to black? Or that it's such a great contrast for orange? Hmm, whatever the reason I like it so much I decided to just skip the orange altogether on this Halloween card.
I used the same digistamp a couple of years back, on another Halloween card (purple paper there, too!), but this time I've decided the cat is in the shadows facing front – hence the added bubble eyes.
The free digi was picked up ages ago on Robins Artful Musings. Digital paper is Spooked from Tactile Design.

ReplyDeleteAwww- I absolutely love this! The different layers and papers are wonderful! I love the repetition of the dots and circles with just the small representation of straight lines in the plaid and the corner punch. Until your comment, I NEVER would have 'seen' the back of the cat silhouette - with the googly eyes there, I translated automatically to 'front of the cat'. Cool card Shani!
