This pretty topper and sentiment come from Joy! Crafts Festive Finesse Luxury Die-cut Set. The base is the Sizzix Baby Dresser die.
I love this step card die, although I have yet to use it as it's originally intended. Another modified version of this step card die was used on this Halloween card.
It's such a pretty image I didn't need to do much to enhance it. The paper comes with the die-cut set and I just added a bit of one of the crinkled paper strips (of which I am so fond), a little ribbon and some buttons.
