As I mentioned with this New Baby Card post, my niece had a baby in December. Little Wrenn has wiggled her way into the world and our hearts. I decided I'd be the first to send my great-niece a Valentine's Day card. I'm getting a bit concerned though, as of today it has yet to arrive. I'm trying to stay positive it will arrive Monday, but I suppose if it's late, Wrenn won't know. As long as it arrives I'll be happy. I've had a few cards go astray lately and to have a card I've spent hours making lost does bug me.
I've used these ragged edge no-brand dies to create my layers. I quite like this set. Unlike many of these inexpensive dies – which tend to run small – it's a decent size. I make a 10cm x 13cm card with them (other examples are these St. Patrick's Day and Thank You cards).
I used the elephant from Prettygrafik's Valentine Animals set as the focal point and added some grass from this Woodland Animals set. Tropicali Script BTN Bamboo font was used for the sentiment. The paper is from a Folio paper pad. Wooden hearts and some enamel dots dress it up.
Paper – cardstock, Folio paper pad
Digital stamps – Prettygrafik Valentine Animals, Woodland Animals
Embellishments – wooden hearts, enamel dots
Font – Tropicali Script BTN Bamboo
Spectrum Noir Illustrator alcohol ink markers
Art-n-Fly white pen
So beautiful and so very cute..

Super sweet card, Shani! Loving the colours and that cute elephant. It would bother me too if I had cards go missing. Looking absolutely glam in your new profile photo!
