IBSIC #45 and an Elegant Rose Valentine

It's IBSIC challenge time! My how the weeks fly by. Today's photo reinforced my Valentine mood. I decided to use the rose from the IBS Elegant Flowers set to create this card for my Grandmother. She's allergic to flowers so this is one rose she can enjoy sneeze free!

I colored the stamped image with colored pencils and cut it out with an oval die.

The 'from my heart to yours' tab sentiment and inside 'Happy Valentine's Day' sentiment are from the IBS Be Mine set. The vintage look crochet trim is also from IBS.

I broke down and took one of the buttons from my vintage button card collection to use. I have several of these large button cards I found at a marché aux puces (flea market) a while back and have been hesitant to break the perfection of the card. I thought about making a journal front with them but they're too fragile for that and since they don't do any good just lying around I thought it was time to use one.
