Altered picture frame with Whimsical Banners—IBS sneak peeks continue

Sneak peeks fun continues with today's IBS April release peeks from the Whimsical Banners and Trendy Circle Sentiments sets.

I used a simple unfinished wooden picture frame, paper and IBS's new Whimsical Banners stamps to create this colorful photo frame (this is my cousin, me and my hubby).

There are 10 different pennant patterns in this set, plus two "ropes" to hang them on so I anticipate using this one often. The "Friends" stamp is from IBS's Big Notes II set.

Quite a difference from the before photo, don't you think?
