This is such a great set; it is so versatile. I like that the banners are a good size and stand out on their own. Their size makes them ideal for cards or layouts. This is a 13 cm (4") square card base, so that gives you an idea of the size.
Since summer is now here, I decided to create a sunny, summer birthday card. I paper pieced one of the stamps from the Vintage Banner set and the gorgeous sunflower stamp from last month's French Country release (another fantastic large stamp).
I created layers on the sunflower stamp to give it more volume.
Inside I used stamps from the July release Happy Occasions and Happy Occasions Sentiments that were 'sneak peeked' on Saturday, July 6th. And once again, I really like the sizing and fonts of these sentiments. They dress up the inside of my card oh so nicely.
