A Christmas card—can you believe it?

My crafty buddy, Rose, makes the cutest Christmas cards all year round. Each time I see one of her lovelies I sigh; I wait 'til the last minute—like December—then try and assembly line 20 cards or so. Honestly, Christmas cards are just not my thing. But, just to keep Rose company, I'm posting the one Christmas card I have made so far this year (I haven't asked Rose the number she's made, it would just depress me). I confess, this card was made for a magazine call and wasn't taken, still, it is a Christmas card, so I'm counting it. I used docrafts Winter Wonderland Stamp & Embossing pack. I love this look; stamp and color first, then emboss, and the form really stands out (unfortunately it does not stand out in the photo).

Material
Paper—cardstock, Folia Winter Scene
Stamp/embossing folder—docrafts Winter Wonderland Stamp & Embossing pack, IBS Trendy Circle Sentiments Hugs
Ink—Versacolor black
Color—Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils
Die—Die-namics circle
Embellishments—snowflake, 'snow' flake powder, ribbon, pearl

  3. Yes...magazine calls always require cards 6 months in advance : )

    This turned out so cute.

I'm sending out a package today. It might take a while to get to you though...I had to send it surface because of the weight.

    bisous
