Decoupage Fall basket birthday card

This card is made with a 3D decoupage sheet from Mirelle Crafts. I love the way decoupage cards look in real life, but capturing that same look in a photograph is nigh unto impossible; you just can't see the depth (sigh).

I liked the sunflowers and melon image, and although it's not technically an autumn image, it felt like fall to me so I decided that it was and went with it, accentuating the image colors with golden papers, buttons and ribbons.

Supply List
Paper—cardstock, Artemio Inspiration Atmosphère, Bella Blvd #213 Sparkles & Lace Banana
Topper—Mirelle Crafts.nl decoupage sheet
Stamp—Inspired by Stamping All Year Wishes II Happy Birthday
Dies—Die-namics ovals
Embellishments—ribbon, buttons, twine

  1. This is such a pretty card! I can tell there is lots of depth and dimension and shine in real life, so don't worry! I especially like the way you did the buttons with the thread running through all three. It's a lovely touch! Hugs!
