Meilleurs Voeux—Happy New Year—card made with free digital stamp

How do you wish someone a "Happy New Year" in France? The most accepted way is Meilleurs Voeux (best wishes). Quite a few people in France don't send Christmas cards, they send New Year cards after Christmas.

These cards arrive around the first of January, so I'm right on time with this one for a French friend. The 2015 Mice digistamp is a free one from the talented and generous Sliekje. She has so many cute and free stamps on her blog the only problem is choosing which ones to download.

Supply List
Paper—cardstock, Papermania Born to Shop
Stamp—digistamp from Sliekje
Color—Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils
Dies—Die-namics rectangle stax
Embellishment—ribbon, metal floral clips

I'm linking up with: Card Mania challenge #63, Meonheadz Friends Christmas/Winter Holiday challenge and That Craft Place current challenge.
