The flower in the left corner is from the same sheet, although not a 3D image. I used a Fleur de Lys stencil at the top and bottom edges of the patterned paper, inked in with Distress Tumbled Glass.
The Rues de Paris sheet of paper is an original from an old guide book. I left off the sentiment. I haven't decided what to use it for and will customize the inside later as I choose. The Fleur de Lys die is part of a larger die set from Elizabeth Dies.
I used Cardablilites Sketch #123 for my design.
