Digital Delights by Louby Loo May release – Little Tweetz Mother's Day card

It's time for May new releases at Digital Delights by Louby Loo. My card for this month is a Mother's Day card, featuring the Little Tweetz stamp and Happy Mother's Day sentiment. Click on over to the Digital Delights blog to see what other lovely creations DT members have to share with you today.

The patterned paper is from WRF Studio Oh Blooming paper pad.

This card was mailed to my grandmother back in the States, so I kept embellishments light and minimal. In lieu of a 'real' button, I cut one using Die-namics button dies and sprinkled some enamel dots for texture. You've probably noticed I'm using enamel dots a lot lately (or maybe you haven't, but let my vanity assume you have). I admit that rising postage prices have forced my cards to be lighter and flatter, so enamel dots go right along with that agenda; prime example of which is this Peggy Legz swimmer's birthday card.
