This card is for my cousin. He's a Pisces so I think it's rather appropriate, n'est-ce pas? The digital stamp is from Whimsie Doodles' Shell a Bration stamp set.
The fish paper is from Folia's Motivblock Vintage paper pad and the dotted paper Claire Fontaine's Scrap Dots City pad. I paper-pieced the hat to match. The stamp set's sentiment was re-created with Darlin' BTN font, changing the 'I' to 'We'.
Embellishments are ribbon and CANDi dots.
