The sentiment is from Barbara Anne Williams Digital Stamp – Sweet Kitchen Sentiments sheet. I like these sheets and if you search the blog you can see where I use them quite a bit. I like their look, they fit great in a circle die, and they're super easy to use; plus they don't take up much space on a card. I've found, too, that they go exceedingly well with Di's Digi Stamps' designs. It seems like almost every time I use one of Di's images, I use one of these sentiments (like on this Some Bunny Loves You card).
Paper is retired Authentique patterned paper. Embellishments are a little ribbon and some matt enamel dots.

Another cutie you chose to use! Thanks for the link to the freebies - I did download them. I know this is strange, but I have been meaning to mention how much I like how you 'ground' your images. From the color you chose to the shape and the fading out technique - I have yet to master that with my Copics. I am also so very fond of your double matting of every layer - a look that adds so much class to every card you create. They always look so finished and no matter a 'freebie' focal image, every image is given gravitas because of your approach to framing it. Delightful card Shani!
