Happy 4th of July to Americans celebrating today! Fire up the grill, slice up some watermelon (like last year's 4th of July watermelon card) and enjoy the fireworks.
This card's focal image is QKR Stampede's Rocket Dog digi. Is this perfect for the 4th or what?! Paper is Tactile Studio Super digital paper pack. The sentiment was created with Mister Sirloin BTN font.
As is par for the course anymore, I've kept embellishments simple and flat for easy (less expensive!) mailing, simply adding a couple of lightweight red stars originally intended for Christmas use. I like scouring the sale bins after Christmas; I always pick up some cute embellishments that can be used all year round.

That paper is fabulous for these 4th cards Shani. And, as always, your blending and color choices for your image are wonderful! Love the brown fur fading to a white with a tinge of blue for shadow on his muzzle. I am so impressed - don't think I have ever seen more realistic shading done with pencil! You da bomb girl!
