Love Soccer (Foot) Birthday Card

My husband propped this card up on the buffet (our card display spot) and took a step back. He tilted his head and looked at it. I could see the cogs in his brain turning.

'Yes?' I asked

'I thought a piece had come loose in the envelope,' he said. 'But now I see it's just the design – kind of crooked.'

I don't know that I'd have described it that way, but there you go...moving right along.

This is hub's birthday card. He's a big foot (soccer) fan so I often go with foot themed cards for him. Like this multi-layered 3D one or this step card (one of my very favorites) in our French colors.

Soccer digital papers are from Prettygrafik, as is the digital stamp, part of the Sports Love set. It's a great set for sport fans; there's a digi for most popular sports. Where I've used the soccer ball, you can use a hockey, bowling, basketball, baseball, golf, volley ball or football image.

I added the 'You' with Calibri font. Embellishments are ric-rac, ribbon and matt enamel dots.
