Slim cards are all the rage right now and I'm seeing them everywhere, but the only two I've got on the blog date all the way back to 2013, these Carte d'Iris (Iris card) and La Jeunesse n'as pas d'Age cards (Youth doesn't have an age). And if you do click on that last link, wow...has my style changed or what?!
After seven years, I thought it was time to do another one. This card is super slim – bookmark slim – which is what it actually is. I bought a couple packs of these bookmark blanks and envelopes on sale long ago and never used them. That way this doubles as a card and present; enjoy the card, save it for a bookmark (I intend to enclose a note saying that).
The digi is from Hetty Clare – Xmas Penguins; one of many I snagged on sale (60% off today!).
Paper is a magazine freebie. My punny sentiment font is Girly Blond BTN (I wish I could credit that excellent pun to whomever came up with it, but have no idea where I originally saw it). Snowflakes were created with Art-n-fly white pen. I've dressed it up with a felt snowflake, a felt covered brad (with the tines cut off) and some ribbon.
Paper – cardstock, magazine freebie
Digital stamp – Hetty Clare Christmouse Wishes
Dies – Die-namics square stax
Embellishments – sticker sentiment, pearls
Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers
