A few years back, Papermania released several Art Deco themed paper kits that turned up in my favorite outlet shop and subsequently, my stash. This birthday card is from the 8 x 8 Papermania Art Deco card kit. I've made three other cards with this theme: an Art Deco multi-purpose card, a birthday 3D step card (which includes a tutorial for making this type of multi-layered card), and a mother's day card. The multitude of layers on these decoupage 3D cards really make them pop in person, unfortunately photos don't do the depth justice.
As always with these kits, I didn't use it exactly as it was. I used my own card stock for the base, changed up the sentiment and added my own embellishments.
