This slimline birthday card uses the You're the Cherry on Top digital stamp and sentiment from Polkadoodles (if you're interested, I noticed as I was getting the link that it's on sale right now for only £0.10). I enlarged the digi and rotated it to fit in this slimline format. I also did a bit of creative cropping with the sentiment. I paper pieced the cupcake holder and topped it off with a button.
I remembered as I was designing this card that I have a some cherry charms and decided to use one, tying it on with a bit of twine. This is the second time I've used this charm with a cupcake digi; the first was this Scribbles freebie cupcake birthday card.
This is my 'go to' slimline design. It doesn't require any dies to create. Measurements and how-to are given on this Christmas Snow Scene Quartet card.
Paper is Folia Motifblock Garden paper, dressed up with a bit of ribbon.
