Polkadoodles Happy Cactus Succulent Slimline Birthday Card and Going 100% Digital Stamping

Just a FYI but the Paperesse craft room is now an officially rubber stamp free zone!  I have donated ALL of my rubber stamps and stamp accoutrements to my local charity shop. Yes, I've completely gone over to the digital side. Digis are such a nice way to craft. They're less expensive, there's no postage wait/waste (all that packaging) to receive them, there's no messy ink to use, the only space they take up is on my disks, and they're super flexible – you can enlarge them, shrink them, layer them, flip them, etc.

This slimline card uses a digi from Polkadoodles Happy Cactus Succulent big bundle. It was reduced a few months back and I snapped it up at less than half the price. I have a thing for cacti, as these Cactus Cowboy birthdayChristmas Cactus, and composed cactus fancy fold cards attest.

Paper is Max Bringmann Motivkarton Urban Jungle & Basic paper pads. There's a hodgepodge of dies here, and this new ric rac die is making yet another appearance. Annie BTN font was used for the sentiment. Enamel dots dress it up.

  3. What a perfect sentiment and image combo! Lovely colouring too. I'm still in awe that you got rid of all your 'physical' stamps. I really should do the same....or at least stop buying new ones!!
