Sizzix Jessica Scott Geo Lattice Frame Die & Prettygrafik Christmas Snowmen Digi Christmas Card

The Sizzix Jessica Scott Geo Lattice Frame dies used on this Christmas card were a recent €6.99 outlet shop acquisition. I see them online at various prices – €17.75 to €30.00 with shipping – so the price was certainly right, but I'm won't be using them again. I did a major stash clean out this last week for a charity shop donation and these dies were in it. The look is similar to this no-brand die I paid around €4.00 for and in comparing the two I like the no-brand one better. Plus, I had to run these through my machine three times to get a clean cut and gluing down that top, dark teal layer was a pain in the butt.

The digital image is from the Prettygrafik Christmas Snowmen digital pack. For $0.99 you get nine digis in that pack and yes, that's a good price, but don't fall for thinking it's a sale and you need to buy it right away (ignore that €4.95 price that's been marked through). The fact is all Prettygrafik digis have been 'marked down' to €0.99 since I started buying from them a few years ago.

The patterned paper is a card magazine freebie, as is the sentiment. Three enamel dots top it off.

  1. The background looks awesome but I can see why you're parting with that die, it does look like it's more trouble than it's worth! Loving the colours and the enamel dots are the perfect touch.
