Jan's our girlfriend hostess with the mostest this week at Little Red Wagon and she'd like to see us 'Bow for Bows', which just means she'd like to see a bow of any kind on our projects. Click on over to see what the other girlfriends have come up with this week and link up your own bow-tiful creations.
I've gone with a paper bow using an old Toga brand die. I have a few bow dies and this is the biggest. It fits perfectly across a size A6 greeting card (another example of which is this St. Patrick's day card – a past favorite). The digi is 2CuteInk's Airplane Bear Santa.
Airplane paper is digital. The sentiment was created with Bahnschrift Semi-Light Condensed font. Nuvo Crystal Drops in Autumn Red top it off.

Love your sweet card! I was so busy looking at the cute little bear flying his paper airplane that I totally missed the bow on the first picture, so I'm glad you gave us a closeup. I'm going to have to get my glasses checked....don't know how I missed that big beautiful bow!
ReplyDeleteAdorable card, Shani! I love that bold paper and your colouring is fantastic. Loving that fun digi too!
ReplyDeleteAnother paper bow here, Shani - I know it's not prearranged, but that's funny! Sweet card and another christmas card for your stash - congrats !

This absolutely got a smile from me! Your paper is perfect and that little Santa bear is the cutest. The bow dies seems to be taking over this challenge, and I love them!
ReplyDeleteYour paper bow is a fabulous addition to your wonderful card! Such perfect papers to accompany your darling high-flying bear too!
