Vera Lane Studio Chameleon Bookmark Card

Vera Lane Chameleon digis bookmark card, colored with Luminance pencils, by Paperesse.

I wanted to send a card to my niece who recently completed all her requirements to become a licensed mental health counselor. She's been working towards this for a long time and I wanted to send her something to congratulate her. I decided I'd make her a bookmark card like this Christmas one I made a few years back.

This is a great design; the bookmark aspect makes it not only a cute card, but a practical gift. Inside the card on the left edge I've attached a strip of double stick tape the length of the card and underneath my sentiment on the right I've included instructions in smaller type below my signature telling the recipient to create a bookmark they need only remove the tape strip's protective covering and close.

The chameleon and sentiment are Vera Lane Chameleons digis. A no-brand border strip and my oft-used ric-rac dies dress it up while flat enamel dots give a bit of bling.

Supply List
Paper – cardstock, Max Bringmann paper
Digital stamp and sentiment – Vera Lane Studio Chameleons
Dies – no-brand border strip, Gemini Fancy Borders Ric-Rac
Embellishments – enamel dots
Caran d'Ache Luminance 901 pencils
Art-n-Fly white pen
