One of my favorite cards when I first started using digital stamps featured a freebie from Whimsie Doodles – Whimsie Turtle. I liked the card (and the digi experience) so much that it inspired me to start using digis more, to the point where I am now using them exclusively (I do not own a single rubber stamp). I decided to recreate that card with a 2025 version. But seeing as how I used the same digital paper company (defunct Tactile-Studio-formerly-known-as-Sassy-Designs), the same dies and the same card design I guess it's really pretty much the same. Phfff. I did put the sentiment on the bottom this time though and the paper is different, plus my coloring isn't exactly the same so there is that. Oh, and the sizing is a bit bigger this time around.
Whimsie Doodles was a such a great digital stamp site and my first digi love. Oh, there were some funny ones; the Whimsie Doodles Christmas Undies digi on this Christmas card cracks me up to this day. I was so sad when she closed down the shop.😞
Dies – Die-namic's circle stax
Embellishments – pearl dots
This is so CUTE and I had a laugh at the cute sentiment too, great use of your papers!
