Valentine's Day Card Featuring Di's Digistamps Bunny Love Digi

Valentine's Day card featuring Di's Digistamps Bunny Love digi, colored with Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 pencils, by Paperesse.

Happy soon-to-be-Valentine's Day! I've already posted two Valentine's Day cards going to family back in the States and this one is for monsieur (he doesn't read my blog so I can post this one early). I'm posting it today in order to link up with Di's DigiStamps Have a Heart challenge (this card is perfect for that so I don't want to miss it). Di's Bunny Love digi is the focal point. Paper is bits and pieces from my stash. The sentiment was created with Amelie font. Enamel dots give  a bit of bling.

Notice the photo corner die cuts? I used to use these all the time when I first started card making. I was curious the last time I used these so I searched the blog and I think it was on this decoupage 3d gate card from 2014, so over 10 years ago! I don't really know why I quit. Maybe I used them so much I got tired of them. I was thinking this card needed a little something and remembered I had these. I was glad to use them again, it justifies keeping them.

  1. Oh, so very cute! The image is darling and your coloring is pure joy. Your use of the patterned paper adds yet more happiness. I had a punch for the photo corners, but no longer. Perhaps I should have saved it as everything old is new again. Thank you for sharing your adorable card with us at Double D!
